The launcher will have an option of run-in terminal......
check that box and it must run
Normally if u double click it is not running in bash ..and alias is a
way to configure the shell ........

eerr........confusing rit?......its like this take ALT+F2 and type ll
it wont work..but if u do it in bash it is aliased to ls -l
thats it
