Need web-posting at Kochi

Introducing myself, Sankaran.  Hello, all.
i am in the Delhi LUG area.  There is now the possibility of
developing a new kind of Linux,
and all work applies only to Indic languages, starting with Malayalam.
 i do know a bit of
the subject having a Ph.D. therein, yet am often expert in nothing.


i am interested in posting the outline, and rather brief explanations,
in Malayalam at
your website.  Would you help in this matter ?


If yes, concerned participants would fit these profiles: website
manager or administrator
to ensure web-page can be put up, and a translator ( ready and willing
to ensure some decent
Malayalam -- mine could be way off --yet sometimes restricted to using
specific technical
words ).


It is proposed that this web-page stay up for about 9-months as the
feedback or interested
parties provide input.  The page will take on about 10-new faces as
the material is made
available beyond Malayalam in that many languages.  Hence the
9-months, as it will take time.
Also, i anticipate being in USA for April - May, and no activity
occuring at that time.


A final caveat.  Being at proposal stage, if things don't pull
together nicely and
effectively, it ( web-page, proposal ) just disappears.  If teams pull
together on it,
results will become known via the usual inform and distribution channels.
