Can I use the rpm files to install softwares??


 rpm files can be used with apt using package called alien .

And is there any such lugs/fsugs in Palakkad ?[I am actually from

 words of wisdom : please read www.ubuntuguide.org / search net ,you can
learn everything .Dont just depend on ilugs as helpdesks (i personally feel
it that way dont have it otherwise). Anyway ppl of all ilugs are here to
help you if u landup in deep ....
