IMHO, 

line 2 is the correct; line 1 is an ambiguity to be clarified by
unicode, and has to be deprecated.

2nd part of line 3 should render a single glyph if it is available in
the font; else render the explicit virama. (explicit virama is the
Ux0D4D character, often called the chandrakkala, virama, etc.) Same
applies for the first part of this line.

line 4 is correct. 

I have no comment on line 5; this is a result of the ambiguity in the
unicode standard as shown in line 1 and 2. 

Line 8 is wrong. The reslut should be either the explicit virama form
(without the glyph substitution); or the single glyph in the first
word of http://paivakil.port5.com/writings/chillimages/nn_gone.png.

ditto for line 9; only that there should be an explicit virama /
chandrakkala at the end of the syllable.

Line 10 - it is the ``virama + character'' which should be substituted
and placed after the first character. This line shows the substituted
glyph being placed before the first character, or the ``character +
virama'' sequence being substituted, and therefore wrong. 

Ditto for line 11.

Common for line 10 and 11 - when a C1 + virama + C1 sequence is
encountered, the norm is for the consonant to be doubled and a sort of
triangle is placed below the consonant.

If the glyph is not available, the correct rendering to show the
C1+virama+C1 sequence as is; even if a substitution sequence for the
``virama + C1'' sequence is available.

Lines 14 and 15 are correct.

Lines 18 and 19 

``C1+ virama + C2'' should substitute the conjunct of C2; not C1.

Line 22 is wrong; The correct glyph substitution in a C1 + virama + C2
sequence is to show the conjunct glyph if available, or substitute the
conjunct glyph or the virama + C2 sequence, or show the explicit virama.

Line 23.  hahahahahahah!!!! There should be a zwj in the sequence,
immediately after the virama. IMHO.

Line 26 does not parse for me. IMHO, the rendering for the sequence
shown is correct. 

I am in a state of flux, having changed jobs and location, hence,
please allow at least one week for responses from my end.
