Hi Biju,

Currently it is Consonent+Virama(chandrakala)+ZWJ
Eg: 0D28(NA)+0D4D(Virama)+200D(ZWJ) will produce chiinu N as in fan.
same for all other chillus

Unicode consortium is considering a proposal to encode chillus and
discussion is going on the the indic mailing list.
