There is a need for a keyboard layout which the common people
could type. That is those who have typed in english would require
a transliteration keyboard. I think there is an x input method
already designed to do the task.
The standard inscript keyboard layout should be maintained as the
default keyboard. But there are some changes that are to be made
to include both the zero width non-joiner and the zero width
joiner as only one of them is present.
All the popular keyboard layouts are to be made so that poeple
accustomed to it do not feel strangled.
