Terima kasih untuk link-nya.

Ada satu pertanyaan dari saya, berasal dari rasa penasaran:
Is it really complicated for a company in UK to give work-visa for non-UK
resident? karena banyak perusahaan yang lebih memilih memberikan pekerjaan
kepada UK-resident.
Maksudnya, do they have to pay something as "compensation fee" to the state?

Waktu saya lulus kuliah di France 5 tahun lalu, sulit bagi saya mendapatkan
pekerjaan disana (mungkin karena kemampuan otak saya biasa2 saja ya?).
Waktu interview, mereka bisa offer saya pekerjaan tapi untuk di subsidiary
mereka di luar EU.
HR bilang jika mereka mau hire non-EU citizen untuk bekerja di France, they
have to prove to the state that the candidate is a special talent that
cannot be found within France or within EU  atau jika ada political
emergency situation di negara asal si student, dan ada semacam fee yang
harus mereka bayar ke state karena hire non-EU citizen.
Hehehe.. sepertinya sih benar dan bukan akal2an HR hehehe...
