Pak Perry, ammesty itu hanya perlu kalau memang sudah terbukti. Lebih kuatnya lagi harus dibuktikan di pengadilan sampia tingkat banding.

Kalau belum terbukti berati belum melanggar. Nah ini berati tidak perlu ammesty ....

Ini berdasakran prinsip dasar dari hukum "asas praduga tdak bersalah".
