I think it does. Given the same opportunity, I believe our kids can trump
these local kids any day.
My wife and I are not very keen on English primary education, and she is a
Primary school teacher :)  That says a lot.

The only draw-back that our kids have is freedom.  Mind you, I've been out
of the country for too long, I'm probably the least qualified person to
analyse this.  But comparing to my own days of school, it's
just incomparable.
