Nahhh .. kalau secondary dan higher education is a different ball game :)
Sekolah SMA dan Universitas di Indonesia masih kalah jauh dengan
negara-negara Barat.
You have to go to the best SMA and the best Uni to even begin to compete
with these guys.

Mind you, it's not all bad though, when I was studying here, I managed to
stay on until the end while 'most' of my first year classmates were
systematically dropping off every year, until only about 20 students at the
end of course :)  I was quite proud actually :)  My only drawback was my
English, which despite was quite good, but still not good enough for
academic.  Luckily I didn't take a Literature course :)

So, there are a lot of things that Indonesian secondary and higher
education still need to learn to make it comparable to its US/European
counterpart.
