Profile para pembicara:

Abrarriadi is the Global Career & Staffing Manager for Schlumberger Information 
Solutions, a business segment of Schlumberger, which is the largest 
provider of technical services to the oil and gas industry. He started his career in the oil industry 17 years ago as an 
assistant programmer at Caltex Indonesia. After a couple of years he 
moved to work for Schlumberger, working on various technical and 
management positions in various locations in Asia, Middle East, and now 
in Europe. In his current role he is focusing on talent identification 
and management to support the business growth of the company as well as 
looking at long term strategy in resource acquisition and retention.

Basuki Nur Rohman experienced in diverse operational and strategic roles in Multinational company, 
involves in various business categories, Foods, Ice Cream, and Home 
& Personal Care. Technology and Business are his knowledge strengths and with combinations of experiences in multi levels organization, 
country and global, can provide a competitive skill-set for further his 
next trajectory careers.

He likes challenges
 as learning opportunities which can promote personal development. 
According him, the most important in life is faith which can provide 
fundamental concepts to do things right and right things, useful to give
 a clear baseline, create benefits for both personal and community, 
"dunya" and "akherat". Challenges are enjoyful, give "colour" to life 
which can always motivate to raising the bars, keep himself progressing 
to achieve ambitions, self esteem and self actualization.

Adhipta Semidang Putra is 
Graduate Design Engineer at Imagination Technologies, UK's leading 
company in multimedia and communication semiconductor intelectual 
property (IP).  As a starter,he is responsible for designing hardware 
and software of multistandards communication system from broadcast 
(digital tv,digital radio,etc) to connectivity (wifi,bluetooth,etc).
His main interest in (but not limited to) wireless communication and
 digital signal processing has led him to go deep in these fields since 2008.

He
 holds bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from School of
 Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Institute of Technology 
Bandung  and master's degree from Dept.Electrical and Electronic 
Engineering, Imperial College London in Communication and Signal 
Processing.
