*Job Outline*

A small group of companies in South of Leeds are looking for a financial
accountant to join their multi-skilled dynamic team. The requirement,
ideally, includes an experience of consolidated accounts and group
reporting. The group of companies consist of two engineering companies and
a property company. The job includes critical role to ensure group monthly
accounts are reported to the Senior Management team, the Board, Tax and
regulatory bodies as appropriate. This job also includes general
administration.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Preparing accurate and timely monthly accounts
· Ensuring accounts data in the group of companies are accurate

· Working in a flexible manner in the administration team, which includes
purchasing admin and other administration tasks
· Assisting in the design and implementation of procedures to enable
supplementary data to be prepared centrally and submitted efficiently
· Participating in projects to design and specify process requirements
enabling more effective production of supplementary data

The successful candidate will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant
(ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with excellent written skills and ability
to communicate complex issues simply to a wider business audience.
Experience working in engineering company will be an advantage.
