Menurutku yang berhubungan dgn IT dan skala International.
I.e.: software kami dipakai di banyak industry di seluruh dunia, market di
UK gak sebanyak di luar UK. Tapi butuh orang utk bisa memnuhi kebutuhan
market itu, jadi tetap ada kerjaan buat yang di UK.
Atau, build skill yang gampang beradaptasi dgn berbagai sector... I,e.:
banyak, tergantung keinginan dan kemampuan...
Atau, kalau mau jadi specialist di satu bidang, juga harus bisa melakukan
innovasi utk meningkatkan effisiensi dalam, i.e.: process, operational
cost, etc. ... walaupun nantinya toh juga additional cost required utk
innocasi itu sendiri... :)
