Idealnya setelah PR, gak perlu working permit, sama saja dgn warga negara,
bebas pindah2 kerja.
Cuma tergantung masing2 saja, tentunya dijaga etikalah...
Aku belum pernah pindah2 kerja karena udah merasa disamakan pendapatanku
dgn yg stara dgn skill ku...
Liat ke dalam dan keluar juga, banyak kan ke dalam lah...artinya apa yang
dipunya dan apa maunya... baru liat keluar...tersedia kah?
Dan perlu diingat, setahuku jaringan informasi "berkelakuan baik" di UK ini
sangat bagus, referensi itu sangat kuat pengaruhnya...
Biasa kuliat di UK udah resign, nanti melamar lagi tetap diterima...memang
karena sudah tahu orang itu qualified.

3 tahun lalu ada kolega orang India, tadinya karyawan customer kami, dia
tertarik kerja sama kami, kita rekrut, gak sampai setahun kerja dan setelah
dapat PR, dia resign dan self-employee, waktu dgn company kami gajinya
belum mencapai 40K, waktu resign ditawarin skitar 50K supaya dia gak
keluar, dia minta 70K, gak sanggup perusahaan, dia keluar dan self-employee
dgn pekerjaan yang sama dikerjakan waktu dia kerja dgn kami. Kalau
seandainya dia mau gabung lg dgn kami, spertinya juga dia akan diterima
kembali karena kita sudah tahu kemampuannya bisa menghasilkan revenue buat
perusahaan.
Company ngerti kok kalau hal2 begitu, asallah ber etika resign nya.
