age of 21 to take part in Mystery Shop study on behalf of Lloyds
Bank and its subsidiaries. The study is aimed at assessing the level of
customer service customers receive at their branches.
We are currently looking for respondents
that bank with Lloyds, Halifax or Bank of Scotland. Qualifying
respondents will be required to visit their local branch for the study.
Date: Any day until 31st March

Time: Anytime
Duration: Approximately
1 hour & 20mins
As a
