Jawabannya adalah ngga boleh. Saya pernah minta 4th lalu ke KBRI London untuk urusan kerjaan ke Angola dan ada surat dari kantor juga tapi tidak diperbolehkan. Kata KBRI London, itu peraturan dr pemerintah Indo. Kalau passpor UK boleh apply passport ke 2 dengan surat resmi dari kantor menyatakan alasannya tp this is not the case for Indonesian passport I'm afraid.
