Research & Development IT Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

•	Provide daily direction to team members; create and manage overall
release work plan and work effort; prepare status reports on all team
activities; be a point of contact and escalation for all team members.
•	Estimate work effort, timelines, skills, and quantity of resources
required to successfully complete release deliverables; develops
project plan incorporating all project variables
•	Contribute to company growth through the creation and sharing of
knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices based on project
experiences
•	Perform activities associated with the management of the project
team which may include: establishing goals, monitoring performance,
providing individual performance input to management, and support
continuous improvement of the team.
•	Projects monitoring and visibility to relevant external interfaces
Requirements:
•	Bachelor / Master Degree on Computer Science / Engineering /
Telecommunication or equivalent
•	Minimum 3-5 years of experience in various development functions
•	Deep technical knowledge in software development methodologies,
design, and implementation required (Agile).
•	Required skill(s): Project Management, Programming Language (C /
C++, Visual Basic, Java), Embedded & Object Orientation Software
Skill, Database / SQL Programming, ISO Documentation knowledge
•	Deep knowledge about OOP, Design Pattern, Software Design and Data
Structure (Collection API)

•	Good knowledge and strong hands-on experience in using Spring,
Hibernate, Struts, GWT, EJB3 and Java Web technology
•	Good knowledge about application integration (SOA) such as
Webservice, RESTFul API, WSDL, JAX-WS, JAXB, JAX-RS, JAX-RPC and JSON
•	Experience of full software life cycle
•	Excellent organization skill including the capacity to set
priorities and work to deadlines.
•	Must have excellent communication (written and oral) skills and
excellent interpersonal skills.


Senior Programmer
(Jakarta)
Requirements:
•	Bachelor Degree, major in Information Technology / Computer Science
•	Deep knowledge about OOP, Design Pattern, Software Design and Data
Structure (Collection API)
•	Good knowledge and strong hands-on experience in using Spring,
Hibernate, Struts, GWT, EJB3 and Java Web technology
•	Good knowledge about application integration (SOA) such as
Webservice, RESTFul API, WSDL, JAX-WS, JAXB, JAX-RS, JAX-RPC and JSON
•	Good knowledge and hands-on experience on HTTP and TCP/IP protocol
•	Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
•	Ability to learn new technologies quickly and willingness to read
and digest large existing source code and take ownership on complex
component or subsystem
•	Familiar with Linux
•	Good troubleshooting and problem solving skill


Web Programming
(Jakarta)
Requirements:
•	Bachelor Degree, major in Information Technology / Computer Science
•	Fresh graduate applicants are encouraged to apply
•	Used CI Framework
•	CSS and knowledge on how they work in different browser (cross browser)
•	Has experience about Web programming – PHP, ASP, JSP, etc
•	Has experience about relational database systems – MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, etc
•	Good knowledge about application integration (SOA) such as
Webservice, RESTFul API, WSDL, JAX-WS, JAXB, JAX-RS, JAX-RPC and JSON
•	Experienced minimum 1 year as Back-End & Front-End Developer is a Plus

EDC Programmer
(Jakarta)
Description:
•	To analyze user request and to prepare the software function and
specification for software system solution.
•	Responsible for technical tasks, ranging from those that are simple
to complex ones as well as solving any problems that may arise.
•	To create new drivers tools from the hardware specification and to
modify the existing software operating system in accordance with other
requests.
•	To investigate any software related problems which may arise and
come up with suggestions for improvements.
•	Being diligent and meticulous in finding faults/problems in the
specification as well as the software requirement statements; and come
up with the appropriate recommendation.
•	To create test application and put it to use working together with
the product testing team to solve any software related problems.
Requirements:
•	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences with heavy focus on software
programming
•	Minimum 2 years in EDC Programmer
•	Proficient in C/C++, Visual Basic, SQL HP and Java
•	Must understand basic knowledge of ISO 8583, ISO 7816,
multithreading, shared memory management, socket programming
•	Good communication skills, both written and spoken, especially in English
•	Possess positive work attitude, proactive and initiative
•	Ability to work under minimum supervision as well as in team.
•	Ability to work under pressure
•	Must understand about EDC


Project Management Officer
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
•	Create project documentation and kick off to initiate new project
•	Involved in development and production testing, ensure the
implementation deliver according with requirement
•	Maintain Project time schedule and follow up every milestone
•	Coodinate all parts involved in the project both internal parties
(Business, Operations, Implementor, Developer, ect) and external
parties (Clients, Vendors, etc)
•	A bridge of communication between internal and external parties
Requirements:

•	Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3 of 4,
preferably from Computer & Technical
•	Good coordination and communication in managing project with
internal and business partner
•	Have background in card, payment or transaction processing
(preferably in Banking and Switching industry)
•	Inter-personal skill, communicate well and good network relationship
•	Firm attitude, hard worker, fast learner, good teamwork, and eager
to develop new opportunity
•	Well documented in providing Business and Project Requirement,
Specifications, SOP, etc.
•	Good knowledge and expertise in Business, Operation and Technical
related with Switching Industry is a plus
•	Strong analytical, logical and systematical
•	Ability working in under-pressured environment
•	Creative, Innovative & Conceptual thinking
•	Must have excellent communication (written and oral) skills and
excellent interpersonal skills.
