MDaemon - Outlook - SPAM - Backup - Pelatihan

Di tempat perusahaan saya menggunakan Mdaemon mail server & user
menggunakan outlook 2007 & 2010, inbox di outlook sering terlambat masuk,
kadang tiba-tiba inbox kosong sama sekali, juga judul inbox pesan berjudul
SPAM padahal dikirim dari user sesama rekan perusahaan. Pengaturan apa yang
harus di set?


Kemudian bagaimana cara backup ke hardisk lain yang baik untuk inbox email
yang sudah melebihi kapasitas 7GB?




Mohon info juga, saya ingin mengikuti pelatihan mdaemon, dimana saya harus
mendaftar?
