I just open the website of NU-FAST www.nu.edu.pk to see softech details (8:30 PM March 27), but a black page apperas claiming the bang. 

I m sending print screen of that. might be possible whn u open website It will be recoverd but chek right now, any person has replaced the index page from webserver.
