A US Government (Homeland Security) always "requests" and all citizens know
the outcome if you do not comply. You do not mess around with Homeland
Security and non compliance is branded as "unpatriotic" with all that
implies in USA - the land of free and eradicator of "terror"...

You must have read how Microsoft, Apple, Google, Twitter, etc. etc.
complied with the "request". The same happens in GB and Europe and China
and Japan and Russia, and ....; the list is quite long.
