As mentioned in the subject, I am not sure if Kapil Sibal indeed said / alluded-to something of this nature, or it is a spoof. However if this is for real, then it is one more step in the direction of government wanting to perform total intellectual castration of the country... or ensure "big brother watching" absolute and truly ubiquitous... In a nutshell... the article talks of Kapil Sibal's desire to ban Android OS from being used in India, as he feels it (or devices based on it) are unsafe for kids !
