How does watching porn lead to "sexual deformities"? And, wait, what
exactly are sexual deformities?

I can understand the moral outrage, but social problems cannot be enacted
away. The enforcement would at best be hilarious, and at worst selectively
vindictive.

This is the legal equivalent of asking an elephant to climb a tree - bad
for the elephant, bad for the tree and utterly hilarious or sadistic.
