I was part of a team developing a product for a telecom major in India few
years back. It was a Internet + display developed in-house.

After having completed everything, the board reviewed and there were
comments like requiring redder red and brighter blues and other hues. After
this insightful discussion, everybody was packed off except the marketing
chap, the CEO and myself.
The CEO then took the device went to a couple of porn sites - checked if he
see moving images at the lowest resolution. After being satisfied this way,
he went to discuss commercials after telling - this is the only thing that
is viewed across the country and if hope to touch sufficient volumes we
should ensure that the content that is desired is visible.

I walked enlightened. :-)

India might have to outsource re-production from the way these people talk
about sex.
