Re: ripoffreport.com is blocked for me

Actually, there seems to be somewhat different behaviour in terms of error
response / user-experience, based on where the blocking happens.
This particular site mentioned by Sarbajit, seems to be blocked
universally, and we also get the error message.
However there are many other websites, which are blocked silently, i.e. no
error message is seen. Indicating that nature/type of block is different.
