So what does this mean ??

will check this.
Currently the entire exchange (bsnl) is down due to some power supply
issues - and am  only able to speak in static via the landline, So
till that gets rectified all else is a futile

But will get back once that part is running. Hoping meanwhile to get a
new router instead.
