Why the repeated mentions of AGP? Does your registrar allow you to "buy"
domains explicitly for "tasting"?

So the "5 days" criteria was definitely met between 1st August 11:13hrs and
6th August 14:15hrs. (The domain wasn't activated on 2nd August as you have
stated.)
