Re: "Free" WiFi in Delhi

Mine was an email listing a set of facts as conveyed to me from
persons connected with the matter, after I protested at the
non-transparent way this exercise was being carried out.

I was therefore very concerned to learn that whereas apparently 3
members of this (relatively small) list have been awarded the task of
implementing the WiFI scheme in Delhi, but nobody in Govt can tell me
how this happened or why these names are not officially announced. It
was also communicated to me, officially I may add, that some anonymous
"expert panel" would be formulating a comprehensive set of reccos
within a few hours of the consultation closing on April 27.

So you are right, since wife beating takes place behind closed doors,
and this is exactly how the citizens of Delhi are being worked over,
my questions before this list are

A) Are india-gii's list members Mahesh / Nikhil / Pranesh officially
part of the "Wifi in Delhi" process, if so B) in what capacity, and C)
how they came to be appointed, D) Whether any of them have contributed
to Aam Aadmi Party, directly or indirectly ?.
