Ratnendra, I copy and paste from one of the previous email and that is bad from both parties (pity one had to lower to that level): Let us please not have philosophical discussion you are bring in terms of "good vs bad" - insults are or should not be alowed n this list and in an interconnected, global economy there will be interests from all over the globe; specially since PM is trying to "Make It in India". Apparently, according to Sarabjit, my work and that of Nikhil is "financed by the gambling and porn industries". Yes, Sarabjit, and you're an asshole. What is bad: accusations (even if true): - 1 million, alleged, Indian netizens who were conned into SPAMMING Trai with *Mahesh and Pranesh's *cyclostyled *garbage on net neutrality* - a cynical long range campaign, partially financed by the *overseas online gaming, gambling and porn industries*. - and* you're an asshole*. Unquote: - There is no need for name calling; - There is no need to equate "foreign" = rubbish (does the same coming from "Indian" industry make it OK? and what is Indian?) - There is no need to say other's opinion is garbage - There is no need to mention gambling and porn industries (or any industries for that matter). All (legal) industries have right to lobby/influence and calling someone's opinion to be "bad" because of the industries they supposedly represent is insulting! - There is no need to call someone "asshole". Two wrongs do not make it right! (Mahesh an apology from you would be great! You have erred to lower yourself to this level. You did not need to do this -sorry for pointing it out.) I hope the above clarifies my viewpoint. Please refrain from insults and discuss at proper civil level. If you wish to complain (foreign, garbage, ...) do it at the appropriate place - in this case TRAI - and not on this list!
