What ken suggesting about costs and pricing is misleading and false.

All prices are paid by consumers.
Repeat with me.
All prices are paid by consumers.

This is true for any form of economy, centrally controlled or free market or something in between.

That is why costs have to be reduced at all level and at all sides, which is only possible in free market.

Consumers are tricked into believing they are paying less by shifting costs away from point of sale so that it cannot be seen or felt, and dose not make consumer angry. But, the costs do not disappear from system. They reappears somewhere else and or get defrayed over other items.

Even though socialists try to shift cost from one group of people to another, it does not work well.

Eventually consumers pay sum total of all costs: price at point of sale, taxes, or lost product and services, quality of service.

Sincerely,
Ratnendra Pandey
