I cannot think what to read here. These guys are master in creating
confusion. Ravi Shankar Prasad said yesterday it's fundamental but not
absolute ( whatever it means, it was not evident to me).

Then this statement in the IE article and the lines stated --

"For example, there can be a challenge for the right of getting good
medical treatment to be converted into a fundamental right"

... What are they upto?
