Did all your suggestions and just got done with a chat with 'CISCO/Linksys'
CSR and found out..
My router/cable modem "Wireless-G Cable Gateway WCG200 ver.2" has some sort
of simple firewall (end user options are 'enable/on' or 'disabled/off') and
it seems that "COX" who had my version of this modem built for them
(different than the retail version of the same 'named' modem) had the site
'Feedbooks.Com' added to the "BLOCK" list of the firmware and only "COX" can
''PUSH'' new corrected firmware to the modem to correct this error. All I
know is for the past 12+ months 'COX' has wanted me to purchase a new single
function cable modem from them and then purchase a different WiFi/Router,
and not support the device which they originally sold me.
So as long a I turn off the modems simple firewall all is well.. this also
seems to of corrected another issue that I was having with "speed" which has
increased by about 15%. Linksys has released about seven firmware updates
for this modem during the past two years while "COX" has not updated the
firmware at all!! What was throwing me off is I was able to access the site
in December...?!?!
