Job post spam

Hi folks,

A question: should the moderator(s) for this list would block the job 
post spam.  I don't mind seeing such things for positions around here, 
but if posts are welcome for positions anywhere in the country then the 
list could get overwhelmed with posts that aren't relevant for us around 
here.
