I think you and I chatted a bit previously, but MakeICT<https://www.facebook.com/MakeIcT>, 
the local makerspace that is starting up, has some members who are 
knowledgable about RepRaps.  There is an Arduino 101 workshop<http://www.eventbrite.com/event/5097454624>on January 19 that would be a good time to stop by and chat, if you are 
interested.
