Thanks for your replies!
I hope it is not corporate.. but when you take into consideration that I am
only using 25% on my heaviest month of my allowed data stream I kind of
hope that this is not the case.
I have sent logs and screen grabs of COX's own speed test program showing
the lost of signal.
Will see what happens next.
