That's a pretty good description of the club. The people who hang out
are basically looking for a place to get together and talk computers.
There are even a couple of people who show up just to take advantage of
the high speed connection. <g> Basically it's a geeks night out.

Although if anyone is having trouble with a computer, or wants to do an
install, or talk about a particular subject, the people there can
usually help out.

We decided at the very first meeting that we didn't want to be a
"standard" structured club. Everyone had been to those types of meetings
and just wanted something a little different. It was also pointed out
that night that ACLUG was close enough for anyone who wanted the
standard experience.

That night, at Lenny's house, we also started the tradition of ordering
pizza.
