I think it is wine which is doing stuff, but every time I run the linux
side, I have windoz ME files damaged. I believe this to be the work of
wine, since the trouble started after installing xmaine, but after removing
xmaine, I am still getting the windoz side destroyed whenever the Linux
side is run. It is a HP laptop dual boot latest version of LInux, and
windoz me. It replaces /windows with /$indows and /system with
/$ystem...... I am developing in linux and need the linux side, without
having to lose the windows side

Thanks;

Mike
