I wish to delete a large directory that contains 263 directories and 1400+ files. rm -r * asks if I want to descend into each subdirectory and then asks if I want to remove a file or a directory. I would have to answer "y" 2000 times. rmdir tells me that the directories are not empty. There has to be an easy way to do this, but I can't find it. Any help? bruce -- This is the [email protected] list. To unsubscribe, visit http://www.complete.org/cgi-bin/listargate-aclug.cgi
