What exactly are you being blatently honest about?   The Onion is a 
wonderful satire tabloid published weekly in Madison, Wisconsin.   You 
can subscribe yourself if your interested.

The only thing we were trying to figure out is whether they wrote the 
Bush satire recently or over 2 years ago.  I'm pretty convinced that 
it's old which makes it pretty prescient for something meant as a joke.
