Assuming you are running RedHat, then download it from RedHat. That's where I
went to get the server software.  Alternately, you can go to
http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/index.html and download the viewer from the
developers. There are clients for Linux, Solaris, Windows, WinCE, Macintosh, and
Java.

There is also a low bandwidth version of vnc available at:
http://www.tightvnc.com/download.html which is backwards compatable with the
'normal' vncserver.
