wmaker window resizing.

Hi,

When I start up xemacs in WindowMaker, and my Xsession is set to 
-geometry 800x600, the xemacs window is larger than the screen size, and 
I do not see the status line at the bottom of the xemacs window.

I tried to resize the window with the mouse, but could not figure that 
part out.

How can I resize windows using WindowMaker?

Alternatively, how can I set the default window launch size for xemacs 
to be something like 640x480 pixels?
