Bug-tracking system

I mentioned off-hand in an e-mail that you could use bugs.complete.org for
your BTS if you like.  Feel free to register for an account and play around
with it.  It runs RT2 (www.fsck.com/rt2) as the tracking software.  I
decided on it after playing around with a lot of different BTSs because of
its flexibility and lack of speghetti code (*cough*bugzilla*cough*)

Again, it's just an offer, and both "yes" and "no" are acceptable answers
