Results of "curly brace" survey.

As many of you will remember (and thanks to everyone who filled it
out!), I submitted a survey of some code style questions to the AJUG
mailing list a week or so ago and promised to let everyone know what
the output was.  I submit these without comment or analysis.  Where
there was an obvious choice in an "other" answer, I folded it up into
that answer.

I apologize for the formatting; I don't have a paid surveymonkey
account, so had to cut/paste and try to clean it up as best I could.
