If you can get by with a 30 day demo I suggest jprofiler.  It isn't open source but it may solve your immediate problem. (Plus it is rather cheap as far as enterprise software goes)

If you need open source then there is VisualVM which comes with the JDK (and doesn't suck too badly in my experience) and apparently Netbeans has a profiling utility which is supposed to be usable (but I havn't used it personally).
