Good morning.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to address your group meeting on
Tuesday evening regarding the java developer position I have available with
my startup.

Background:

The development company I hired out of Boston to develop my a web app went
out of business with my project at the 5 yard line. It was developed using
Java and MySQL databases but the developers used their proprietary software
for the actual development portion. I've had two outside developers look at
their work and he confirmed that it was good work but that someone would
have to get acquainted with their software OR migrate it off their software
so standard development software can work on it (I am told their proprietary
system was developed with such a migration in mind). Both of these
developers were interested in the project but had full time jobs and could
not dedicate the time necessary to complete this project in a timely
fashion.

Overview of the Company:

Coming from a background in real estate and property management, I started a
company that solves a huge, real pain in the residential real estate
marketplace - the applications process for renting properties. Our company
enables renters to apply online and get all of their applicable information
verified prior to looking for (and applying for) rental properties and then
shares that information with landlords at the request of renters. There is
a significant cost and times savings to both the renters and landlords in
addition to many, many other benefits. There is a whole lot more to the
business that I will share if someone is qualified and interested.

The initial market research and testing for this concept has been
overwhelmingly favorable from both renters and landlords. I have multiple
investors lined up for this project but I'm looking to do a soft launch of
the site to get some empirical data to improve the valuation of the company
and terms from the investors. In addition, the money from the investors
will be used to develop a whole new site with all the bells and whistles
that will make this site a huge success. (The current site was developed as
the MVP model for just proof of concept.)

What I'm looking for:

I'm looking for a local qualified and passionate developer who wants to work
with a startup. They must be CURRENTLY AVAILABLE and will be responsible
for finishing up the site, helping launch it and then maintaining the site
moving forward. The developer needs to be local to the Atlanta area,
currently available to work on this project part time (ideally full time) to
get it up and launched and then be available to manage/debug/improve the
site moving forward. The developer will also be crucial in the
architecting, planning and development of the full website once the money is
raised from the investors.

If the site cannot be easily migrated off the current proprietary system and
it will be quickest/easiest to redevelop it, then that is something I'm also
willing to consider.

Compensation:

The compensation for this project can be done in cash but I prefer equity
b/c equity aligns everyone's incentives properly.

If this sounds like something you'd be interested in OR you know someone who
fits what I'm looking for, please email or call me. I will gladly buy your
group a round of donuts for your next meeting if this pans out.

Thanks for your time.

Ian
