Spring Security problem

I have a problem where I need to set up spring security to handle a token
based authenticatioln.

Currently, I feel like I am going around in circle trying to simple get
started.
I also need to mention that this is a spring boot restful application.

The process is that the consmer will come to the site and request a token
which will then be used as authentication with all the other end points.

Could someone point me in the direction of a good tutorial or cookbook that
shows how to do token based authentication using Spring Security.
