Kmail - alternatives to PIM Settings Exporter?

Trying to move to a new computer and switch distros at the same time. Finding the PIM export tool lacking. Older computer with 2 Gigs of RAM and over 4 Gigs of mail and PIM crashes. Did manage to get just the accounts and they imported to the new computer. No folders, filters or mail. Any suggestions welcome.
