In order for you to "overutilize" your connection, there has to be an=20
objective definition of "normal utilization" for you to violate, and a=20
mechanism to measure your own usage against that.

Next time they tell you you're using too much, demand that they back=20
that up with actual numbers.

(AT&T can go DIAF.  Easily the shittiest company I've ever had to do=20
