So please correct me if I'm wrong: The political entity--The United  
States Health and Human Services Department--that which is the  
enforcement embodiment of The McCarran-Fergusen Antitrust Exemption of  
1945 (legislation that monopolizes the entirety of healthcare funding  
for every man, woman, and child within the United States), as well as  
that which mandates Medicare's ICD9 Fees for Services codes that  
effectively promotes illness by directly funding it...

... is recruiting assistance from the science community ...

... so it continues to contact Bay Area Computer Human Interaction--a  
science-based, non-political group--that maintains interest in  
usability science.

BayCHI members are persistently offered "an opportunity" to further  
facilitate this extortion plot, a plot that has been forwarded by the  
very authoritarians that gain from its proliferation...

... because "science is selfless and altruistic."

Usability scientists are expected to cast their pearls before the same  
political authorities that obfuscate for political gain free market  
competition and responsible information exchange that would otherwise  
be held to tort.

As the result of this top-down fail, the correct response from BayCHI  
members is to attack fellow individuals, since speaking out against  
the sordid monopolists who offer no real financial gain anyhow  
wouldn't offer a financial gain to the BayCHI members who gladly  
submit their free discoveries.

Now do I have it right?
