From the FCC - here you go. Your opportunity to weigh in. Please do NOT send
ME your comments. I am simply making the opportunity available to BayCHI
members who have expressed in the past an interest in usability and closed
captioning.

Programming
>
> The Commission has established the due dates for comments and reply comments
on a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) on closed captioning of Internet
Protocol-delivered programming. If you have an opinion about Internet
captioning, you should file comments. If you agree or disagree with someone
elses comments, you should file reply comments. You do not have to be a
lawyer, or use a law firm to file comments.
