Hi Kayla, Here are some conferences to keep in mind: IA Summit <http://2012.iasummit.org/> - held annually but this year its in March and it's in New Orleans (I am speaking at this conference about Designing for Complexity, sorry for the shameless plug!) UX Week from Adaptive Path <http://www.adaptivepath.com/events> - held annually in SF, great conference An Event Apart <http://aneventapart.com/> - Design, development and UX, good stuff all around :) All the best, -- Nadine Schaeffer [email protected] www.cloudforestdesign.com 831.600.8929 (office) 831.588.4509 (mobile) On Thu, Feb 2, 2012 at 11:56 AM, Kayla Block <[email protected] > wrote: > Are there any upcoming conferences or training opportunities in the US > in the field of UX? > > I'm in the hinterlands of Las Vegas, NV -- not exactly a place on the > forefront of UX design, so there are no meetups or anything local.
